Integrations
Connect the monitoring services your clinic already uses
Vendor-neutral, read-only telemetry ingestion from cardiac remote monitoring services. Manufacturers remain the system of record for device data.
Vendor-neutral by design
Device clinics manage patients across multiple implant manufacturers. The monitoring data for those patients flows through manufacturer-specific remote monitoring services — each with its own data format, transmission schedule, and alert vocabulary.
Implansense ingests data from these monitoring services in a read-only mode. We normalize transmission data from multiple services into a unified clinical event model without replacing or disrupting the manufacturer's monitoring infrastructure. Device manufacturers remain the authoritative source of record for all device data.
How we connect
- Read-only ingestion: Implansense does not write back to manufacturer monitoring services or alter device data
- Manufacturer agnostic: Works with the monitoring services your clinic already receives data from — no preference for any one manufacturer
- Normalized data model: Transmission data from multiple services is unified into a consistent clinical event model
- No patient re-enrollment: Leverages existing monitoring service enrollments — no additional patient consent or device programming changes required
Cardiac device types supported
Implansense supports telemetry ingestion for all major categories of implantable cardiac devices. Clinical severity scoring is device-type aware — ICD, pacemaker, CRT, and ILR transmissions receive device-appropriate clinical logic.
EHR workflow integration via HL7 FHIR
Implansense connects to EHR systems via standard healthcare interoperability protocols — no custom interface builds required for standard FHIR-capable systems.
HL7 FHIR R4
Standard FHIR R4 API integration for bi-directional structured data exchange with FHIR-capable EHR systems.
SMART on FHIR
SMART on FHIR application launch framework enables Implansense to be accessed from within EHR workflows without separate login.
Clinical Document Architecture
CDA document export for embedding device monitoring summaries in EHR-based clinical documentation workflows.
Structured Data Export
CSV and structured JSON export for clinical data analytics, quality reporting, and EP procedure planning use cases.
Note on named EHR partnerships: At seed stage, Implansense supports integration via standard protocols (HL7 FHIR, SMART on FHIR) rather than named EHR-specific partnerships. Contact us to discuss your institution's specific EHR environment.
